As is the nature of handcrafted products. There may be imperfections or flaws, if you’re not satisfied with your piece, please get in touch so we can resolve the issue.
While every effort is made to photograph the piece accurately, variations in lighting, image processing and monitor display may alter the colours slightly. If the piece does not meet your expectations it can be sent back within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping costs). Due to possible change of mind, we don’t process the donation to charity until the 30-day grace period. Please refer to the store policies for more details.
Store products away from direct sunlight as it can fade the pigment, and even distort the shape under high temperatures.
SHIPPING
Please note shipping does not include tracking. If you would like tracking there will be a fee added.
I offer FREE domestic shipping with no tracking via Australia Post. If you require your item tracked (domestically), there is a small fee of $5.00 that reflect the fees issued by Australia Post. I am not responsible for any lost parcels or items if you choose not to select tracking for your item. I also offer international shipping for a fee. Unfortunately due to COVID I am unable to guarantee an estimated arrival time. Please note that items could take up to 45 days domestically and 3 months internationally. Please be patient, I can only offer a refund for items not received once a reasonable amount of time has passed.
